| Abstract |
This edition of the Accident Book BI 510 was issued in May 2003 by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) , which is sponsored by The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). This publication will allow you to comply with legal requirements to record accidents at work, and it has been revised to take into account the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. The information in this book is intended as general guidance and should not be treated as a complete and authoritative statement of the law. This book also contains guidance on the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This book satisfies the regulations about keeping records of accidents to people at work. |
