The Home Page for HSE Bookfinder allows you to log in as an existing user, to carry out a quick search of the Bookfinder catalogue or to browse particular parts of the catalogue. You can also obtain more information about HSE and follow a link to the HSE website.

The following links on the Home Page take you to different parts of the website.

Login

If you intend to use the website in the future, you can register a user name and password. When you come back to the website, you can log in as a registered user and the website will remember various details such as your delivery and payment addresses should you wish to order any publications.

You do not need to be a registered user or log in to use the website.

Please note that if you forget your user name and/or password, it is not possible to retrieve them. You would need to register again as a new user.

If you do sign in as a registered user, additional links Sign Off and Your Profile will appear. Your Profile is a page where you can enter contact details.

Search

From here you can search for a word, phrase, series code or ISBN across all the publications.

Advanced Search

If you want to restrict your search to certain types or parts of a publication, the Advanced Search page contains a number of options.

Search Results

This page contains the summary of the last search you carried out on the site.

Categories

If you want to browse through the publications, this link takes you to the list of main categories.

Order

View Basket

The Basket contains details of any publications that you've added during your visit to the website.

Previous Orders

This link only appears if you've entered the site as a registered user. It lists any orders that you've placed in the past.

New

What's New

Here you will be able to view the latest news from HSE Books.

New Publications

All new HSE publications issued in the last 100 days will be listed here.
