Submitting Your Order
Once you've created your order, you can submit it in two main ways:
- Clicking on the Check-out button will take you to the online ordering
section where you enter credit card details, etc.
- Clicking on the Print Order button and you can mail/fax the form to HSE
books.
Online Ordering
Clicking on the Check-out button at the bottom of the Order Summary screen
has two possible results:
- If your order only includes free items your order will be submitted
immediately and you will see an Order Confirmation page.
- If your order includes items that incur a cost you will be taken to a
Payment Methods page where you will be asked to enter payment details.
Payment Methods
There are two methods for paying online - either by credit card or if you
have an account with HSE Books.
For credit card payments, you will need to fill in the appropriate details
from your card. For account holders, you simply give your account number. In
either case you will have to confirm that you have read and accepted the HSE
Books terms and conditions.
Once your details have been completed, click on the Submit button to bring
up the Order Confirmation page.
Order Confirmation
On the Order Confirmation page, you will receive an order number which you
should keep in case of queries at a later date. There is a telephone number and
email address should you have such a query.
For security reasons you are advised to close down your browser program and
to clear your browser history to prevent other possible users of your computer
viewing any of your details. If not you're not sure how to do this, you should
consult the help pages of your browser.
Printing the Order
If you don't wish to order online, you can print off an order form by
clicking on the Print Order button on the Order Summary page and following the
on-screen instructions. You can then post or fax the order to HSE Books.
