This guidance is aimed at gas transporters and other parties (eg. gas shippers and terminal operators). It will help gas transporters understand how they comply with the Regulations, in particular, what information is required by HSE for acceptance of their safety case. It also gives guidance to dutyholders on how they will need to co-operate with those who have to prepare safety cases. |
