This leaflet is aimed at a wide range of organisations, groups or self-employed individuals providing residential accommodation who are responsible for the water system(s) in their premises. This short guide will help in understanding what the changes are to the legal requirements regarding the control of legionella in residential premises and the action which needs to be taken to ensure the risk from exposure to legionella is properly controlled.
