| Abstract |
Outlines the protocol agreed between the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) British transport Police (BTP), The Local Government Association and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). It sets out the principles for effective liaison between the HSE, police forces and the CPS in relation to work-related deaths in England and Wales, and is available to the public.
