| Abstract |
Provides guidance and recommends the precautions that should be taken to reduce risks to users of manually igniting gas-fired equipment - chiefly ovens. Aimed at caterers it asks them to assess risks in older equipment and sets out the Committee's recommendations for ovens and similar equipment. |
