Who will need to see your MAPP document? What should go in your MAPP document? Roles and responsibilities of personnel at all levels involved in the management of major hazards; Training; Hazard identification and risk assessment; Procedures and instructions for safe operation; Design modifications of installations; Identification of forseeable emergencies and the preparation, test and review of emergency procedures; When should I update it? What do I need to do next? Where can I get more advice? References |
