This revised leaflet is written mainly for employers to help them meet their specific duties under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH), and amendment regulations 2003 and 2004. It will also be useful to safety representatives, health and safety professionals and anyone with an interest in health and safety issues. The booklet provides a simple step-by-step approach which will help employers identify risks, implement controls and establish good working practices related to hazardous substances in their workplace. |
