| Abstract |
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has been developing new "business oriented" strategies to promote health and safety, as exemplified by the ongoing Good Health is Good Business campaign. This report summarises research regarding what motivates enterprises to manage health and safety, particularly SMEs, and whether management attitudes towards health, safety and business management are congruent. Its contents, including any opinions and/or conclusions expressed, are those of the authors alone and do not necessarily reflect HSE policy. |
